How to use AppBaoBao

Below are the steps for using AppBaoBao. If you have a question about any part of the service, message us in chat to ask for details first.

  1. The first brief is important

    Describe your products or explain your workflow to the admin first. If you already have screen designs (in Figma or any kind of diagram), send them to the admin to look at first!

  2. Understand the requirements

    Let's share what we know and understand about how an app or website can help with your work. Our admin may have questions after hearing your brief. Let's make sure we're on the same page before we start building the app.

  3. Review the mock-up and proposed price

    Once the brief is clear, our admin will create a mock-up of the website or system you need for you to review, along with a quote and details of the AppBaoBao services you'll need.

  4. Payment

    Pay online by credit card, scan a QR code, or make a regular bank transfer. They all work!

  5. Start building the app

    Once we receive the first month's payment, our admin will pass the work to the development team to start building your app right away. This step may take around 3-5 business days. When the first version is ready to use, our admin will send you a link so you can open it and try it right away.

  6. Keep making changes

    Don't worry! Once your app is up and running, you can still make fixes and changes, from text to all kinds of logic, throughout your contract, within the scope and terms of the package you purchased!

Frequently asked questions

Do I need technical knowledge or app design skills?

Not at all! You can send an example app or website for our admin to look at first, or briefly tell us about the problems or pain points you're facing. Our admin will help work out a solution.

Can I really keep making changes?

You can keep making changes as long as your requests stay within the scope and terms of the package you purchased. Our admin will reply during business hours. At times we may have a lot of requests, so replies may be slower. Please bear with us, and we'll get back and answer everything as quickly as possible.

What if I want to add a button or menu?

Just send the details to our admin. They'll check, and if you need an additional package, we'll prepare an additional quote.

Is there a minimum contract?

The minimum contract is 6 months.

Is it really one price? What services does it include?

It really is one price! It includes development, database, hosting, and everything else a typical business app needs, ready to use. If your app needs additional external services, such as AI for automated replies and analysis (which uses a lot of tokens) or bulk email sending, AppBaoBao will let you know in advance and provide a separate quote for each system.
